Simplicity Group Acquires Aptus Marketing

Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Aptus Marketing, an Ohio-based agency focused on annuity and life insurance sales. Jeff Hutchison will continue to lead the Aptus office and become a Partner at Simplicity as the firm integrates Aptus’ lead-generation, training and advisor support capabilities.
