Simplicity Group has acquired Mid-Atlantic Wealth Advisory Group, a Pennsylvania-based registered investment advisor that provides holistic financial planning for professionals, business owners, and pre-retirees. Following the closing, Mid-Atlantic’s founders Dennis Maguire and Robert Sayre became partners at Simplicity, and the firm will be rebranded as Simplicity Wealth Advisors.
