The deal gives Haveli a controlling stake, aims to accelerate Sirion’s AI product roadmap and global go-to-market, and resolves Sirion’s prior multi-era board/investor cap table by buying out earlier investors including Sequoia and Tiger Global.

Sirion Acquires Eigen Technologies to Expand Document AI Capabilities

DocuSign Acquires Lexion for $165 Million
