The acquisition deepens Vontier’s fleet connectivity offering by combining EKOS’s software layer with Vontier’s fueling equipment and turnkey infrastructure to provide a unified, end-to-end platform for commercial fleet operators.

The add-on acquisition (financial terms undisclosed) expands SitelogIQ’s geographic footprint into six additional southeastern states and broadens its service capabilities in lighting, HVAC, water efficiency and renewable power.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in GeoDynamics

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.
