SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired commercial real estate technology provider rSquared CRE, LLC, adding rSquared's valuation and underwriting tool rDCF and budgeting/reforecasting product rBudget to its CRE technology suite. rSquared's management will be retained to support integration; financial terms were not disclosed.
