Skyline Roofing Partners, backed by Imperial Capital, has acquired One Day Roofing, a residential re-roofing business headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. One Day's founders (CEO Andrew Engel and COO Griffin Libhart) will retain an ownership stake and continue to lead the company as Skyline integrates the business into its national residential roofing platform.
