SkySparc announced it will acquire Covarius Group Limited and Uniun Technology Limited to expand and deepen its corporate treasury digital transformation offering. The combined businesses are expected to deliver a more complete, end-to-end treasury solution centered on improved cash visibility, cash-flow prediction, automation across treasury workflows, and ERP-to-TMS connectivity via Uniun’s real-time API integration platform.
