Smart Care Acquires Almcoe Refrigeration

Smart Care, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Almcoe Refrigeration Company, LLC, a Dallas-based commercial and industrial refrigeration services provider. The add-on strengthens Smart Care’s Climate Solutions segment by expanding its Texas footprint and adding repair, preventative maintenance, equipment sales and installation capabilities for grocers, convenience stores and cold storage customers.
