Smart Care, a Wind Point Partners-backed platform, completed three add-on acquisitions in Q4 2023: Watson Refrigeration (Raleigh, NC), A Advantage Air (Birmingham, AL) and Metroplex Refrigeration (Dallas–Fort Worth, TX). The deals expand Smart Care’s refrigeration, HVAC and foodservice equipment capabilities and increase regional coverage and operational density across the Southeast and Texas.
