SmartCraft ASA completes cross-border merger and relisting to Nasdaq Stockholm

SmartCraft ASA and its Swedish wholly owned subsidiary, SmartCraft Group AB (publ), executed a cross-border merger to effect SmartCraft’s relisting from Euronext Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm. Anabranch Capital Management, LP—holding about 15.9 million SmartCraft shares—intended to vote in favor of the merger plan for the relisting at an extraordinary general meeting.

Tough Commerce Acquires AgileTQ

Tough Commerce, a Toronto-based provider of job management software for asset-based construction businesses, has acquired AgileTQ, a software provider of automation tools for concrete supply operations including the PumpTrack product. The acquisition brings additional capabilities, domain expertise (including industry veteran Joe Sostaric joining the team) and expanded product functionality to Tough Commerce’s quote-to-cash and job-management platform.

Qualus Corporation Acquires GridBright

Qualus Corporation, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, has acquired GridBright, a Silicon Valley–area technology solutions firm specializing in grid integration software, systems integration, and advisory services. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Qualus’ capabilities in grid modernization, resiliency, security, and renewable interconnection services; AEC Advisors advised Qualus and Capstone Partners advised GridBright.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires ThermoGRID

ECI Software Solutions has acquired ThermoGRID, a SaaS field-service management solution for residential service contractors developed by Adam Cory. The acquisition, which closed on September 1, 2020, brings ThermoGRID into ECI's Field Service division to expand ECI's capabilities and reach into residential HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other contractor markets; terms were not disclosed.

Atlassian Acquires AgileCraft for $166M

Atlassian has acquired AgileCraft, an Austin-based enterprise agile planning SaaS, for approximately $166 million (about $154 million cash plus restricted shares). The acquisition brings AgileCraft's enterprise planning and strategy-to-execution capabilities into Atlassian's product portfolio to give executives better visibility across workstreams and accelerate enterprise adoption of agile practices.

Conga Acquires Novatus, ActionGrid and CRMCulture

The deals, completed with capital from Insight Venture Partners, add contract lifecycle management software, a top-rated Salesforce AppExchange grid solution, and professional services to Conga's growing suite of sales-acceleration products.
