Smartlinx has acquired Bektek, a provider of timekeeping, scheduling and payroll HR software for healthcare, to expand its workforce management and human capital offerings for senior care. Bektek will remain led by CEO Zev Beckerman and headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey; the deal builds on Lone View Capital's 2023 strategic investment in Smartlinx.
