Smith + Howard has acquired VIP Search Group, LLC and VIP Solutions Group, LLC effective April 30, 2024. The acquisition expands Smith + Howard’s accounting and finance consulting, recruiting and interim management capabilities and broadens its geographic reach in the Dallas (Richardson), Texas market while VIP's founders remain in leadership roles.
