Snap-on Incorporated has acquired Hi-Force Group Holdings Ltd., a Daventry, United Kingdom-based designer and manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools and torque/tensioning equipment, for approximately $58 million in cash. The acquisition closed on April 30, 2026 and will be integrated into Snap-on’s Commercial & Industrial Group to expand torque product capabilities and end-market coverage.
