SentinelOne announced its intent to acquire Observo AI, an AI-native data streaming platform used for telemetry pipeline management for AI-native security operations. The deal will combine Observo’s real-time ingestion/enrichment/routing capabilities with SentinelOne’s AI SIEM, XDR, and data offerings, and is expected to close in SentinelOne’s fiscal third quarter of 2026 subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Observe.AI Acquires ScopeAI

Observe.AI, the San Francisco–based contact center AI provider, has acquired ScopeAI to add omnichannel conversation intelligence (chat, email, social) and related product and engineering talent. The deal expands Observe.AI's capabilities beyond voice to deliver unified voice-and-text conversation insights and positions ScopeAI's CEO Natalie Abeysena to lead the new Omnichannel product line.

The deal (terms undisclosed) and new partnerships with Snowflake and NetApp aim to strengthen Diskover's usability, natural-language AI capabilities, and integrations for enterprise AI data pipelines.

Datadog Acquires Metaplane
