Sogelink Acquires Dutch Software Company Regeldienst (with support from Keensight Capital)

Sogelink, a France-based provider of software for infrastructure, construction and public authorities, has acquired Dutch public-sector software specialist Regeldienst with backing from Keensight Capital. The deal strengthens Sogelink’s e‑government and permitting product suite to support implementation of the Netherlands' Environment and Planning Act and to accelerate international expansion into markets such as France and the Nordics.
