Solmax Acquires Propex

Solmax has completed the acquisition of Propex, a North American geosynthetics manufacturer, strengthening Solmax's product portfolio and manufacturing capacity in non-woven geotextiles and erosion-control solutions. The deal expands Solmax's presence in environmental and civil-infrastructure markets and adds Propex's Ringgold, Georgia manufacturing capability and on-site testing facilities to Solmax's global footprint.
