Solo Brands, Inc. (NYSE: DTC) has acquired TerraFlame, a maker of clean-burning indoor and portable fireplace products. The acquisition adds indoor fire products to Solo Brands' DTC and wholesale portfolio and brings TerraFlame's founder-led team into Solo Brands to support growth across e-commerce and retail channels.
