SolomonEdwards Acquires Dominion Advisory Group

SolomonEdwards, a Renovus Capital Partners-backed professional services firm, has acquired Dominion Advisory Group (DAG), a U.S.-based anti-money laundering (AML) advisory and financial crime consulting firm. DAG founders Jon Glass and Pete Balint will join SolomonEdwards as partners, all DAG employees will be retained, and the acquisition expands SolomonEdwards' AML and financial crime capabilities as part of its national growth strategy; terms were not disclosed.
