SolomonEdwards has acquired Pencek Advisors and launched a dedicated Private Equity Services platform to support lower- to middle-market PE firms and their portfolio companies. The acquisition formalizes an existing partnership and brings Matt Pencek into SolomonEdwards to lead the new service offering; Renovus Capital Partners is the majority investor in SolomonEdwards.
