Aveanna Healthcare Acquires Family First Homecare for $175.5 Million

InHome Therapy Acquires Advanced Healthcare Services

InHome Therapy has acquired Advanced Healthcare Services, a West Palm Beach-based provider of in-home physical, occupational and speech therapy; the deal closed in early July 2022. Aveanna Healthcare Acquires Accredited Home Care

Aveanna Healthcare (NASDAQ: AVAH) completed its acquisition of Accredited Home Care, a large Southern California private-duty home care provider, for a base purchase price of $180 million plus up to $45 million in earnouts. Accredited serves roughly 9,000 patients annually with approximately 6,250 field nurses and caregivers, generated about $114.8 million in trailing twelve-month revenue (ended Aug 31, 2021), and derives ~86% of revenue from Medicaid or state-funded programs.
