Sony Interactive Entertainment to Acquire Haven Entertainment Studios Inc.

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) entered into an agreement to acquire Haven Entertainment Studios Inc., a Montreal-based game development studio founded by Jade Raymond. Haven Studios, currently working on its first live-service PlayStation project, will join PlayStation Studios as its 18th studio, with day-to-day operations continuing under its management team.
