Southeast Building Supply Interests Acquires Builders Supply Co. of Tennessee

Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI) acquired Builders Supply Co. of Tennessee, adding three Middle Tennessee locations and expanding SBSI’s footprint in the state. The deal expands SBSI’s lumber and building materials distribution network serving builders and professional contractors across the Southeast, with the sellers (Bubba Ingleburger and Carl Dixon) staying on in advisory roles to support ongoing operations.
