Southeast Building Supply Interests Acquires Haywood Builders Supply

Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI), a platform company of Building Industry Partners (BIP), has acquired Haywood Builders Supply in Waynesville, North Carolina. The acquisition expands SBSI’s presence in the greater Asheville area (its second location there) and grows the platform to ten locations while continuing the company’s employee equity ownership program and promoting Haywood leadership into the SBSI organization.
