Limbach Holdings acquired Madison, Wisconsin-based MEP contractor 1901 Inc. for an initial purchase price of $63 million, plus up to $6 million in performance-based earnouts. The acquisition expands Limbach’s Midwest footprint, adds MEP and related service capabilities, and establishes its largest electrical operation to date; 1901 had approximately 450 employees.

Modigent Acquires P&E Mechanical
