Spectrotel, Inc. completed its acquisition of Mosaic NetworX, a global managed services provider and Cato Networks partner. The deal was initially announced as a signed agreement on September 17, 2025, and closed on December 11, 2025, strengthening Spectrotel’s secure networking, SASE, and SD-WAN capabilities for mid-market and enterprise customers across distributed and international environments.
