Spectrum Reach Acquires ShowSeeker

Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter Communications, has acquired ShowSeeker, a cloud-based order management and campaign planning platform. The deal integrates ShowSeeker’s planning, proposal and order-management tools with Spectrum Reach’s Innovar automation suite to streamline media buying and ad operations across linear TV, streaming and CTV.
