The deal strengthens Vomela/C2 Imaging’s retail and custom display graphics capabilities in the Canadian market and expands its North American footprint; Total Graphics’ owner Murray Todd transitions the company after 31 years.

All4Labels Acquires Centro Grafico DG

(CNG) — through its Lindenmeyr Munroe and Kelly Spicers distribution organizations — has acquired Lewis Paper International, a family-owned distributor of paper, packaging and wide-format products headquartered in Addison, Illinois. The transaction transfers six Lewis Paper facilities across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Colorado to Lindenmeyr Munroe (Midwest) and Kelly Spicers (West) to boost regional inventory, service and geographic coverage.
