Splash Car Wash (a Palladin Consumer Retail Partners-backed operator) acquired Clean Co Car Wash & Laundromat, an express site in Montgomery, New York. The site will be upgraded under Splash ownership and becomes Splash's 52nd location (35th in New York); Splash also announced zoning approvals for two new express locations in Milford, Connecticut and Henrietta, New York.
