Splash Car Wash, a Palladin-backed operator based in Milford, Connecticut, acquired the three-location Personal Touch Carwash chain in Long Island, New York, bringing Splash's total site count to 50 across the Northeast. The founders of Personal Touch — Paul Vallario, Mike Pernicone, and Nick Iorio — will join Splash's regional development team to lead expansion in Long Island.
