SportsMed Physical Therapy Acquires The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in Connecticut

SportsMed Physical Therapy, a Hildred Capital Management portfolio company, announced it has acquired The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center LLC, which operates two Connecticut clinics in Hamden and West Haven. The deal expands SportsMed to 54 clinics across New Jersey and Connecticut and adds a multidisciplinary set of services including physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and HomeCare services.
