springbig Acquires BudTender

springbig, a Boca Raton-based provider of loyalty marketing and communications technology for cannabis retailers, has acquired BudTender, a Toronto-based customer experience and feedback platform for dispensaries. The acquisition adds over 200 clients to springbig's roster (raising its total to more than 1,900 retail partners) and integrates BudTender's survey, reputation management and AI-powered feedback capabilities into springbig's SMS and loyalty platform.
