Springshare, a library-focused SaaS vendor, has acquired Patron Point, a marketing automation and engagement platform for libraries. Patron Point will remain an independent brand within Springshare while the buyer integrates and enhances the platform, expands staff, and adds tighter integration with Springshare's suite of library software.
