SPX Technologies Acquires FIS Water

SPX Technologies completed its acquisition of FIS Water, LLC, including certain tax attributes, for approximately $410 million in cash. FIS Water’s water management, filtration, valve and control products will operate within SPX’s Cooling platform, complementing its cooling-tower offerings and expanding its HVAC controls capabilities.
