Sequoia Financial Group has agreed to acquire The Martin Worley Group (MWG), a wealth management firm based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, near Salt Lake City. MWG, which manages $430 million in assets, will integrate all staff into Sequoia Financial upon closing expected on August 31.

The deal expands Sigma7's platform capabilities in training, crisis management and global risk services.
