SRS Distribution Inc., the Home Depot subsidiary, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lohmiller & Company, a Denver-based wholesale HVAC distributor. The deal adds a Carrier-aligned HVAC supplier with four Colorado locations and 220 employees, and Lohmiller’s owners will continue to lead the business post-transaction.
