SS&C Technologies Acquires Battea-Class Action Services

SS&C Technologies Holdings has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Battea-Class Action Services for approximately $670 million, subject to adjustments. The deal expands SS&C’s securities class action claims management and settlement recovery capabilities. SS&C subsequently completed the acquisition in late September 2024.
