Constantia Flexibles Acquires FFP Packaging Solutions

Constantia Flexibles has agreed to acquire 100% of FFP Packaging Solutions, a Northampton-based flexible packaging manufacturer focused on sustainable laminates, flow wraps and pouches. The acquisition expands Constantia Flexibles’ UK presence and strengthens its sustainable flexible packaging capabilities while FFP’s existing management will remain to support integration.

C-P Flexible Packaging Acquires Bass Flexible Packaging

The acquisition adds Bass’s premade pouches, stand-up pouches and shrink-sleeve capabilities to C-P’s North American footprint; terms were not disclosed.

Specialized Packaging Group (a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners) has acquired Protective Packaging Solutions (PPS), a custom designer and fabricator of engineered protective packaging based in Aurora, Colorado. The acquisition expands SPG's engineered packaging capabilities and geographic reach, adding approximately 90 employees to SPG's ~1,600-person workforce; Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to support the transaction.

PPC Flexible Packaging has acquired Target Labels and Packaging, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based provider of flexographic and digitally printed labels, rollstock and pouches. The acquisition — PPC's seventh in four years — expands PPC's western U.S. footprint and adds labeling and flexible-packaging capabilities for nutraceutical, snack, confectionery and specialty consumer brands.
