The deal expands GNI’s geographic footprint into Manitoba; Advanced’s president Evan Lavallee will remain as branch manager to support integration and local growth.

(ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.
