Standish Management has completed a transaction to increase its ownership in CORE-CCO Services, rebranding the firm as Standish Compliance Services. The deal brings CORE fully into the Standish platform to expand compliance capabilities and footprint for private fund clients and integrates veteran compliance leadership into the combined business.
