StenTech Acquires Advanced Tooling Design (ATD)

StenTech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Advanced Tooling Design, Inc. (ATD), a San Jose-based designer and manufacturer of SMT stencils, pallets, tooling and related accessories. The add-on expands StenTech’s facility footprint into California and strengthens its manufacturing capabilities and access to Silicon Valley customers.
