StenTech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Photo Etch Technology, a manufacturer of SMT stencils, mesh screens and precision metal parts. The transaction is an add-on for StenTech that deepens its presence in Silicon Valley and New England and expands its geographic footprint into Florida (Clearwater).
