SteriMax Acquires Andone Pharmaceuticals

SteriMax Inc. acquired Andone Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Canadian pharmaceutical and medical device company based in Oakville, Ontario. The acquisition strengthens SteriMax’s position as one of Canada’s largest privately owned pharmaceutical companies and expands its platform into medical device and veterinary markets. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Andone founder Jay Barat will join SteriMax to lead its veterinary and medical device businesses.
