Sterling Infrastructure Acquires Stone Ridge Contracting to Expand E-Infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. has closed on its acquisition of Stone Ridge Contracting, LLC, a Pocatello, Idaho-based site development contractor. The deal adds heavy civil, concrete, and construction management capabilities to Sterling’s E-Infrastructure Solutions segment and expands its footprint across the Pacific Northwest and Texas.
