DigitalBridge to Acquire Telenet's Mobile Telecommunications Tower Business in Belgium

DigitalBridge Investments, LLC (an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group) has agreed to acquire Telenet Group Holding NV’s mobile telecommunications tower business (“TowerCo”) for €745 million (cash-free, debt-free). The deal will create Belgium’s first independent TowerCo, giving DigitalBridge ownership of 100% of Telenet’s tower and passive infrastructure assets, with 3,322 sites nationwide.

Berkshire Partners Acquires Majority Stake in TowerNorth

CTI Towers Acquires SCI Towers

CTI Towers, a portfolio company of Palistar Capital, has completed the acquisition of SCI Towers, an independent communications tower developer that CTI had partnered with since 2016. The deal adds a significant number of recently-built towers and sites in development—primarily in the Southeastern United States—to CTI Towers' existing portfolio of ~1,200 towers.

Stonepeak and Alphabet to Combine GFiber and Astound Broadband

The capital—backed by debt financing from AB Private Credit Investors and Boundary Street Capital—is intended to accelerate CallTower's organic growth and support acquisitions; the parties anticipated closing in Q4 2023.
