EQT Infrastructure and Stonepeak Acquire DELTA Fiber

EQT Infrastructure V and Stonepeak have agreed to acquire DELTA Fiber from EQT Infrastructure III, with each buyer taking a 50% stake and co-controlling the company. Headquartered in Schiedam, Netherlands, DELTA Fiber operates an approximately 50,000 km FTTH network connecting about 900,000 households and businesses (approximately 600 employees) and will be supported by the new owners to accelerate rollout to two million connections by 2025.

GI Partners Acquires Rise Broadband

Astound Broadband Powered by Wave Acquires FastMesh Internet

Astound Broadband powered by Wave has acquired FastMesh Internet, a Seattle- and Portland-based provider of managed wireless residential Wi‑Fi services for apartment buildings and housing communities. The deal brings FastMesh's MDU-focused wireless access capability and customers into Astound's footprint and transitions FastMesh employees into Astound roles to accelerate deployment of managed Wi‑Fi across Astound markets.

Stonepeak to Acquire TeleTower From Bitė Group (Providence Portfolio Company)

Stonepeak agreed to acquire TeleTower, Bitė Group’s towers business in Lithuania and Latvia. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026 and is intended to create the first fully independent tower company in the Baltics, supported by a long-term commercial partnership with Bitė for further tower rollouts and 5G expansion.

Stonepeak Acquires Boundary Street Capital

Stonepeak agreed to acquire Boundary Street Capital, LP, a specialist private credit investment manager focused on digital infrastructure and enterprise infrastructure software and technology services for the lower middle market. The combined platform is intended to broaden Stonepeak Credit’s digital infrastructure investing capabilities and credit-linked offerings. Stonepeak later completed the acquisition in January 2025.

Truespeed Communications and Freedom Fibre Agree to Combine to Create UK Full-Fibre Platform

Truespeed Communications and Freedom Fibre have signed an agreement to combine their businesses, creating a scaled, capital-efficient full-fibre platform aimed at leading UK altnet consolidation. The combined entity will serve 412,000 premises and 70,000 customers across the North West, West Midlands, South West and East of England, pairing Truespeed’s retail capability with Freedom Fibre’s open-access wholesale platform.
