Stratus Acquires MLE Brand Services

Stratus, a brand implementation and facilities services company and portfolio company of Vestar Capital Partners, has acquired Chicago-area MLE Brand Services. The deal creates a combined $325+ million company with nearly 850 employees and expands Stratus’ capabilities across signage, brand rollout warehousing and logistics, refresh and remodel construction, repair and maintenance, and energy services; terms were not disclosed.
