Stratus, a Vestar Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Priority LLC (formerly Priority Sign), a global turnkey brand implementation provider headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, from seller Rubelmann Capital. The add-on expands Stratus' signage, graphics and branded-environments capabilities and footprint in key markets; terms were not disclosed.
