STV Group, Incorporated has acquired Cypress Construction Management, LLC, a Roseville, California-based program, project and construction management firm. The acquisition brings Cypress into STV’s national PM/CM practice as Cypress Construction Management, an STV Company, expanding STV’s capabilities and footprint in Northern California to better serve public-sector clients in education, healthcare and justice projects.
