Reconomy acquired Waste Disposal Solutions (WDS) through its Lincoln Waste Solutions platform to expand its North American waste management and recycling network. WDS, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, provides outsourced waste management and recycling services for construction, logistics, and manufacturing customers.

Reclaimed Cleaning Textiles Acquires United-Southern Waste Material Company

RTCM Holdings, Inc. (dba Reclaimed Cleaning Textiles / World Wear Project) acquired United-Southern Waste Material Company (USW), a Dallas-based textile recycling and repurposing business founded in 1914. The deal expands Reclaimed's capacity (USW operates an 88,000 sq. ft. facility and 120+ collection bins) and aims to create the largest textile recycler in North Texas; financial terms were not disclosed.

SUEZ Acquires F&R Cawley Ltd

SUEZ recycling and recovery UK has acquired independent regional recycling and waste management company F&R Cawley Ltd (Cawleys), expanding its footprint north of London and adding lithium‑ion battery processing capabilities. The acquisition includes Cawleys’ depots, materials recycling facility, transfer stations and battery processing facility, and brings more than 200 employees and ~£36.8m in turnover into SUEZ’s UK operations.

Veolia to Sell Suez Recycling and Recovery UK Group to Macquarie for €2.4bn

Veolia has executed a unilateral put agreement for Macquarie Asset Management to acquire 100% of Suez Recycling and Recovery UK Group (Suez’s UK waste business) for approximately €2.4 billion. The deal is subject to UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) approval and other agreed conditions, following Veolia’s 2021 Suez takeover and associated antitrust divestment program.
