Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), acquired Shield Fire & Suppression LLC of Bryan, Texas, effective June 5, 2023. The deal brings Shield's local team and fire-protection capabilities (alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, pre-engineered systems) into Summit's Texas operations to strengthen its College Station/region life-safety coverage.
